Just went into attempt to get my taxes done, got yelled at by a cranky worker for not hearing her first question properly. She was in a rush and rude to another worker as soon as I walked in because of shift scheduling issues. Meeting lasted no more than 1 minute after she lost it. Her name was Melissa. Cancelled my business with them after several years of using them, I don't like doing taxes to begin with especially while getting yelled at and than have to pay for your service. Whats worse is I clearly had a cold, and had to deal with that. Worst company I've dealt with for a long time, ended up using another local company with good results.
