YES. A Vegan Birthday Cake. My adult Daughter's birthday was yesterday and I'd looked everywhere, researched every recipe I could find on the web and nothing was what I wanted. I phoned Toni's Cakery and we discussed the do's and absolute don'ts regarding a vegan diet. Honestly, I believed I'd pick something up that would taste similar to rock dust and twigs. What a wonderful delicious surprise! Everyone had seconds. They absolutely enjoyed Toni's vegan cake as much or more than a regular milk and egg cake.
