We come every Sunday for the apps and Sangritas which are amazing. Yvon is an amazing server and so is Rebecca! My favorite place to come!!!
Do not waste your time going here! My boyfriend and I went tonight and received the worst service from their "manager". We ordered drinks, I received mine but we waited over 15 minutes for my boyfriends. We then ordered our food and waited 20-30 minutes for our appetizer. Finally the "manager" was walking around and kept asking everyone if everything was OK, I mentioned that we were still waiting for our appetizer. His excuse was "I just got here" meanwhile he sat us when we came in. He then came back with some cold bandera bread and told us our meals would be out in a minute because the bartender put our food order too close together? Got our food, mine was again cold. When the bill came, he was still quite rude. Not impressed and will not be returning. No wonder the bartender walked out, the manager was berating and yelling at his employees.
Service was lovely, very friendly and polite. When one of our pasta dinners was cold they comp-ed it and let us choose a new meal. The kids enjoyed their colouring menus and food.
Iwas sitting at a booth next to a window and I was cold the whole time... unable to enjoy my meal. I had the shivers.
Well, my experience didn't go the way I had hoped. Perhaps I'm being rude but "large man" approached the receptionist as my family and I walked into the restaurant, he told her that they couldn't seat us because there are no seats available. He was adamant that they could not seat us and it would be a 30 minute wait, also not to mention that they seated a family around 10 seconds before us with no hesitation. Which, there were clearly around 10 tables and a booth available. Aside from that I pointed out the empty booth and said that we could squeeze in there, to which he said " Are you sure? It's pretty small." When we were seated we were given menus by the receptionist and told that we would serviced for our drinks shortly. After 15 minutes with no service we promptly left, only the receptionist asked us to stay. Honestly, the FAT man probably got in his 1000 steps of the day and didn't want to do more leg work than he had to before going home and working up a sweat by choking the chicken in his mothers basement. A little salty.
