He quickly retained an Attorney who filed it over in Fed. U. S. Dist. court bankruptcy court to get out of paying my judgment. These are felonies under 18 U S C 242 to discharge debts by declaring bankruptcy after the fact judgments have ensued.

This guy is a crook big time. He rented a nice home with garage from me. I received a Judgment in my favor from the Ninety First District court, Sault Sainte Marie, MI. 49783 for massive damages he perpetrated onto the structure and back due rents.
