I went to this casino with a group of about 7 and was denied entry Becuase of "signs of intoxication." We were a group that was visiting Sault Saint Marrie and one of the places we were recommended by the community to go to, was this casino. I couldn't have been more disappointed with my visit.
Very very disappointed with how we were treated. All I can say is, don't even drink a beer before coming here. You won't be allowed in.
I am shocked and appoled. We were not even aloud passed the doors as a sober Group of friends as we were showing signs of intoxication? We are all a group of gamblers who like to have a good time and not go beyond our limits yet they wouldn’t even let us see the floor. Extremely disappointed in this facility. Would not recommend even attempting to explore their environment.
The food was very good. I do not gamble but do enjoy watching my husband having fun
I understand that no place of business would want an intoxicated group of gamblers coming through their doors, but that couldn't have been further from how we were. Even after we were denied entry, we spoke calmly and collectively with the door attendant and tried to figure out why we were not allowed in. Obviously to no avail.
Amazing place to go to...amazing Food, staff are so great and they are always doing omethjn awesome each month !!
