Great customer service resolution if the delivery guys damage your home. I gave Jordan 5 stars for his efforts to satisfy my complaint. I'm happy with my new Canadian made leather couch and chair good quality and consistent leather grain. I should have it for many years. The price was fair and delivery at no extra charge.
