Customer service gave me a hard time with them saying that was reason for it being discounted.
As a contractor this cost me a days work as install couldnt be complete same day.
They tell me Canada North is the salt of the Earth but they are no better than City folk - just lazier. No pride in their work. It shows. Keep it up, you'll shut down like the rest of the big box stores. Going to Amazon :).
Asked for them to transfer a tool from their store to another and they said I had to buy it online. On the website there is no option to purchase and transfer to another store and, despite Lowe's offering free shipping on items over $50 (this item is $200), they told me I had to pay for the shipping.
Bought a Christmas gift , staff was great helping find the perfect gift! Great customer service
But upon goi going to install it found out it was also split and had to glue it.
I will keep giving all my business to the Home Depot

Bought bifold door discounted for water damage which wasnt a problem as paint would cover it.
Went in for a quote. Great experience. Was told to call to place order. Called to order and was told I couldn’t use my credit card over the phone. Was looking to spend almost 4000. Then was told that even though quote said no cost delivery, because I’m 15 km over their minimum I would also be charged delivery. Thought I’d get the wife new cupboards for Christmas, instead she got me ticked off and still on the search for cupboards. Very frustrating. Wish everyone was on the same page with company policy.
Ad well it was a previous return as top guide bar had been installed and bag containing install hardware was opened and missing parts.
Will never go back.
Spent 30 minutes just to get missing parts and staff left me feeling that it was my fault.
The discount price was for minor water mark and not a damaged and returned door.
