Such a bad lawyer. If you are thinking of using this clown for Family Court, rethink your options or risk losing your kids. He has repeatedly done the opposite of what he was instructed in court, and is just a piss poor litigator. His bad practices(neglecting to inform clients of court dates, then agreeing to unsupervised visitation when he was instructed under NO circumstances to allow unsupervised visits) were the direct cause of my step-daughter spending the summers for years getting molested by her abusive dad. Thanks Ken! Bottom line= bad lawyer, avoid at all costs.
