I've always loved this place but they were extremely rude on the phone and I ordered a pizza with two toppings, price was reasonable but decided to order 1 extra topping on 1/2 of pizza and the price skyrocketed! We decided to call Auroras instead. The staff was really nice and the price was much more reasonable.
On vacation from B.C, ordered 2 small pizzas and a small bottle of iced tea, that came to 38 dollars. The first place I've ever seen charge 2 dollars to use their debit machine. Pizza crust was under-cooked and I've eaten way better pizza for half the price. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
Needless to say. Never again. Shame on you Mrs. B's 2nd line west...shame on you!
Absolute worst pizza experience ever...so bad that i should have returned it and I've never considered doing that before. Ordered before and was ok to really good. Extremely overcooked crust...all pieces cut unproportional...skimpy on the cheese...toppings dried out with burnt edges. Even when I ordered the pizza...it really sounded like the person on the other end was really annoyed with my 1 large pizza order.
Ordered my pizza at 5.50 pm pizza was delivered at 7.20 pm was only warm and crust was like chewing card border and also ordered wings and they were under cooked they went into garbage a waste of 40.75 never again will I order from here
