Worth touring. There is an elevator that takes you almost to the top, and then up a flight of stairs to an open air observation deck. What views of the city and the river!
Very interesting. It gave me a good idea of the history of the area and locks.
The best thing about this place is the view. The structure is ugly and the museum offers minimal information. The price is high, but then so is the tower. Definitely worth going to the top for the view. Just know that's about all you'll get.
The view is amazing! We took our 9 and 10 year old and they loved going up to the top of the tower. We saw 3 freighters go through the locks.
Nice views of the 2 Saults there is an elevator, it is street parking, but it does have a wheel chair ramp, with an elevator. There is a step going down into the beginning of the gallery, but they may have put a ramp in as well.
