I was bummed to see the only review on here for Renee was a negative one. I've been taking my dog to her for years and she does an amazing job! She has always been so knowledgeable about anything to do with my dog's skin/ears/fleas, etc. She cuts my dog just like we ask. My dog has some anxiety and I know she's well taken care of there.
I apologize for not making it in to work that day. As you stated, there was a big snowstorm the night before. The plows didn't make it down my road till late in the day. There was no way I was going to get out. As you were a new client, i did not have your phone number or I would have called you as I had called everyone else. As my answering machine states, I can not always answer the phone. I work alone and most of the time I am working with a pet and I can not safely leave it to answer the phone. That is why I have an answering machine. I do return phone calls as soon as I am able. Again, I apologize for your bad experience. I can not control the weather. This is the only time in 10 years that I was unable to make it to work due to weather.
First time having my dog Kujo at this Salon and she was treated like a queen! I live in Iowa and any chance I get to go north to the Soo I will stop in to see if I can get my Kujo groomed. I love the way she cuts her hair and mostly how well she treats my pet
