Bought a leather coat from them a year or so ago, good customer service. However I just called them asking about coat repair as I had managed to tear the leather, and the person who answered could barely wait to get me off the line. They weren't in the least bit interested and I didn't even have time to explain that I had purchased the coat from them before the guy hung up. Absolutely shocking to be honest.
Service was outstanding...they took the time to make sure my grandfather was fitted properly for pants and hemmed them free of charge
