I live a 5 minute walk away and while i regularly buy groceries at food basics....i can count how many times on one hand i've gone into the actual mall because there is nothing inside.
Never seen a mall like this
80% empty, there is a food basics it uses 15% of the 20% occupied space.
The record shop is good, drug store too. There are booths set up selling homemade items, but other than that the mall is pretty much empty
Food basics is a nice grocery, the few stores in there are nice but many vacant stores.looks like a nice mall if it had stores in it. A couple of days per week a model train exhibit is open but they don't sell anything. Would make a great hobby store.
It's very quiet at this mall, so never busy. Have a few stores, Rad Zone which attracts kids of all ages, the pasta shop has great homemade ravioli and tortellini, the drugstore staff & pharmacy are very helpful and friendly. Food Basics is here, it's like a one stop mall, and it feels like you have it all to yourself!
Beautiful mall, that needs more stores AND advertising exposure.
That fountain they show in the picture has been empty and off for atleast 3 years
