This truly had to be one of the worst experiences of my life. It didn't start out bad because I had a nice conversation with Joe about buying an e-bike. I went back the next day and spoke with his son. Because I had specific requests for example I had to have one with enough power to be able to go up and down Bruce st hill, I wanted more power bigger wheels and greater distance while staying within the size range of what I had. Because they had nothing in stock we had to order one off the internet. First mistake because they bs'd me and it was bigger than the one I had and would not fit in the elevator. Of course that same night they took my old one as a trade in . Since I could not use this machine they took it back and tried to substitute something that did not meet my requirements at all . I rejected this then they brought another which was useless and finally brought me a used machine that was Hollywood rebuilt, that is not only nothing like I wanted but had to take. by this time I was out of transportation for 3 weeks and being an amputee was not happy about this. The new ( inspected and HOLLWOOD certified ) is the most dangerous machine they could have given me. It has small wheels which I specifically did not want and to boot they are worn out. the steering is really loose and hard to control and to add to that every time you hit a bump the seat is loose and tries to throw you off . It also came with headlights, tail lights and a horn that doesn't work properly. Inspected remember. It cost me $2500.00 to get a piece of junk that was in worse shape and no better than my trade in. HOLLYWOOD SUCKS !! Never again will I buy anything from Hollywood.
