We have a seasonal lot there and have for 7 years. Love it
Hardly a family experience. I don't really have words for this place that are appropriate. The bottom line is don't bring your children. The adults that rule and run amok in this place are racist, ignorant and down right rude and don't have the ability to behave like decent humans.
I could go on and on. But really not worth the effort.
We were here 2 nights so we could ride the Agawa canyon tour train in early September this year. Our spot was gorgeous, right on the lake. Very quiet and well maintained but one issue was the water, no mention that it was not drinkable when we checked in and no signs up anywhere the first night, then all of a sudden the next day there were signs everywhere "Do not drink the water" Too late! If there's a problem with the water, make damn sure everyone knows about it!

There are alot of alternatives that are more conducive to family outings.
Where do I begin! There is duct tape holding the water faucets in place and electrical taping holding the electrical Outlets up. For travellers, having a locked gate that doesn't open till 9 is absolutely ridiculous! Lots are very small and hard to back large campers into. We've stayed in a lot of campgrounds and won't be returning here.
