From the 1st time I went to Maitlands to talk to a sales person about the
truck I wanted, price etc, to this present day, I am very pleased with the
Service department, scheduled, on time, great friendly service!
Friendly environment from start to finish. Dan Naccarato is excellent to deal with. He is open, honest and very accommodating! All the staff is friendly and welcoming. We have dealt here for years and we are very satisfied. We would highly recommend this five star dealership.
We love our new Edge. This vehicle has everything and more than we could want in a vehicle.
I just want to mention how I appreciate the services at Maitland Ford .I can call up Quick Lane ,make an appointment , date - time knowing my vehicle will be in the shop being serviced usually minutes after dropping off my keys. The work is completed within the time estimated or less. A detailed list is then presented showing all the work. I have always been satisfied with service provided by Quick Lane, Sales , Parts etc.
A few weeks ago I had ordered a part from them for my truck. They ordered the part as per their system. It turns out there was a glitch in their system and the part number was wrong. I had to go back and showed a picture of the part number from a "how to" youtube video which was a different part number. They ordered that one and it was the right one. They gave it to me at cost for the inconvenience. They didn't have to do that.
Can't say enough about the service at Maitland. It is the reason we have bought our vehicles there all of these years. Everyone right down to George the customer shuttle driver offer friendly service.
I am very pleased with my Escape. Still learning all the gadgets and features of the vehicle. Mike McDonald showed us most of the features but my memory is not the best. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our Escape
