Although the work done on the back window was fine, the customer service skills are lacking. Our car was returned to us with pieces of glass still in the backseat. When we let them know about this (hoping they would vacuum it out for us), the man replied, "It's not part of my job to clean out the glass. I don't get paid enough for that."
