He has always been honest with me and often provided alternative repair options to keep my costs down. He has been quick to repair issues when I've been in a pinch. I am a new customer at Charlie's Automotive. I had a number of small issues with my car (needed oil change, leaking tire, worn belt, burnt out headlight and seized e-brake cable). I first asked the Mazda dealership for a quote, and they suggested $400 as a rough estimate. Charlie's quoted $150 as a ballpark figure on the phone, and the final bill was only $80 ($36 labour, the rest for parts) and the work took an hour and a half. They were prompt, and kept me well supplied with coffee while waiting. Charlie's is now my first choice for all car maintenance and repair. Thanks guys!
