This location is great as they have the kiosk, where you can pay your bill right at the machine, don't have to wait in line to see someone. And you receive a text message within minutes stating that the money was received.

On October 6th, 2017 at 5:00 in the afternoon, I entered the AT&T store seeking to purchase another (HTC) phone from your location in Sault Sainte Marie, MI. The young lady behind the counter greeted me with a nice, “can I help you”. I informed her of my interest in a new phone and she guided me over to the iPhone section. I informed her I was interested in an HTC, she informed me that I could get one through another source and simply walked away and returned to her computer monitor behind the counter. I clearly understood by her lack of verbal communication and by her negative nonverbal communication that she had no interest in reaching out to try to sell me a phone. I stood in the store bewildered by of her lack of customer communication skills, then proceeded to look at various other phones that I could purchase without a representatives help. I questioned her about another phone while she stood posted in a negative stance behind her computer monitor. I informed her I was interested in a particular phone in the store and would like to purchase it. She informed me of a 6 dollar payment plan with the phone. At this point of the process I informed her I would not be purchasing the phone, my reaction was purely out of frustration from the representatives lack of motivation and communication skills in doing the basics of her job. It is highly probable that this person has a history of complaints. I highly recommend that this person receives additional training in customer service communication skills for future success of the company and for herself.

Went into upgrade my phone and the phone bill they said I would receive was like 200 more and so I went back in and the lady was rude, didn't help me to find a cheaper phone just told me "I should have seen it coming" and proceeded to ignore me and talk to another employee the rest of the time. I would have probably stayed with att and maybe gotten a cheaper phone but being ignored the whole time and not offered anything I figured I would just go to Verizon at least they have good customer service. The lady wrote down my number for me to disconnect my phone on paper and let me know I wasnCustomer service at att store in sault ste marie Michigan is poor. I went in to the store had my phone completely paid off and saw a phone i wanted to upgrade to. First time upgrading they didn't tell me if I upgraded that I couldn't get my old phone back if I changed my mind. They said if i upgraded my bill would only be 170 a month and the first bill would only have 25 dollar fee on it. So I was shocked to see my bill was 300 so i went back in and said I would like to take the expensive phone back and get my old paid off phone back well come to find out I couldn't get it back and the lady helping me said "I should have seen it coming" then proceeded to ignore me the entire time talking to another employee. I had never upgraded before so I didn't see it coming, no money to pay for the new phone and not told I would loose my paid off phone in the deal I had no phones and just a number. So I had no other choice but to cancel the number. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated.

Dan was very helpful in transferring my husband's phone, setting us up with home internet, and changing our service.

They claim Fiber internet is slow, and we're not even going to go on about how crappy of a company AT&T is (hint hint gave them $400B to expand their network, now their solution is to put everyone on wireless service to make up for their laziness and greediness),(By the way their internet is 4x slower than Charter's). It is appalling that they've managed to stay in business this long, and I guarantee if you trust them with even the most minute amount of your business, they will somehow mess it up, and you WILL be an unhappy customer.

I wouldn't trust this business to tie my shoes, let alone sell me service. If you have a bad experience after buying a phone, they go through the backend and block the survey so you can't give them bad points, and will knock every other service in town while still providing the worst service themselves!
