Tried to return a laptop Christmas gift, as someone already purchased the gift I bought, and was told they have a strict 14 day return policy on electronics by a rude store manager. Ridiculous!! Would never return to this store.

My wife and I were looking for a laptop, and the salesman that approached us seemed to know everything there was to know. Refreshing to be offered advice from knowledgable staff. Ive been getting blank looks when asking sales staff questions lately.
Just bought a bookcase and was quoted an amount to assemble before delivery, the manager, Paula quotes a different and higher amount. This is disingenuous. Not happy with customer service.
