Don't bring ANY motorized vehicle here ever! I had a register of imported vehicle inspection done here....3 weeks later they still never sent the form. Had to go into the shop again and get the inspection form otherwise risking starting the process all over again. Not impressed, wouldn't do business here ever again and won't import a thing because Canadian tire is the only spot to get a riv inspection done.
I have mobility issues and unable to find the items I wanted that were on sale. I had a list and went to a cashier and requested assistance. Another person took my list and returned within 15 minutes with all the items in a shopping cart. It was put through the cash and a young man was tasked with helping get my purchases to the car. What great service! ☺
IM disgusted with this stores customer's service. Awful service. IM not talking about one event either. I walked in to spend money on a pressure washer the guy I asked for help rolled his eyes and sighed. Another time I wanted to pay my Canadian tire cred card I asked a question at the front desk if I can pay my card here since their online service locks you out after 3 attempts. Long story short the lady was very bothered that I asked if I can pay my card in store and barely said anything to me. Lastly again a lady at the cash told me I can't use my points card because it's not registered. Well the damn thing is registered and she came off totally rude about it. Long story short I don't plan on buying anything from this store again nor do I have a credit card with this awful company. Rude customer service. 0/5
Roadtrip. Best Canadian Tire I've ever seen. In the middle of road trip I felt like I have to change all tires (one tire had a nail and the rest kissed over 120000 kilometers). Long story short: 4 tires P235/70 R16 104 T changed to 106T all terrain for $550 taxes, installation and all tires recycle included. Compared to cheapest at $790 in Calgary....price of tires only...I still happy.
Worst 4 days I've ever experienced in a mechanics setting. Brought my vehicle in for service. I told them what the problem was and even produced the part to fix it. They tore apart half my engine before they realized I was right. The rest of my nightmareish adventure at this Canadian Tire will be delt with through my lawyers and Canadian Tire head office. Don't fall for this long time trusted empire in Sault ste Marie. Ontario. I post no stars for this place.
