Great service
I contacted Hearth Pool & Patio and left a message with their receptionist in early October. Never heard back from them. I had previously ordered items from them and although they were slow at filling the order, eventually the item arrived.
I bought my hot tub from Hearth Pool and Patio and was very happy with the product and service.
Brought a blower motor back that burned out after 3 months. Was assured item was covered under manufacturers warranty. It has been over 2 months and still have not resolved the issue after repeated visits and phone calls where they are "supposedly" going to call me back within an hour
