Very rude and know it all attitude with no knowledge of product to back it up!! My husband is in heavy duty Construction and depends on his flip phone-one look from the guy showed his distaste for not updating to newer feature phones. As this is none of his business he could have shown more respect and considered excellent customer service, as now we will be buying elsewhere as he was going to buy a new smart phone from this place. Will be passing this on to all our family & friends!
