Very professional and friendly. Great care was taken with my pet by Dr. Anderson.
Recently these people treated my cat. He is difficult but they were great. Thank you for your skill and caring.
We have taken our dog to Animal Kingdom for over a month now. Dr. Anderson has been extremely helpful with our dog's veterinary care. I highly recommend this clinic.
Edited to add: Chippewa animal clinic was happy to see us, and did their best for us. Sadly our dog had to be put down. Animal Kingdom saw the dog two weeks before this (when we were first concerned with the dog's health and behaviour) and charged us over $300.....and completely missed the fact that our dog was gravely I'll and dying. Thanks for the $30 arthritis pills.....which clearly wasn't the issue. So in other words, thanks for nothing.
Unbelievable how rude the phone-answering girl is (May 25 2017). Will never take a pet there. Enjoy your "early closure for a long weekend", despite having told you about our emergency concern (and having brought the dog there for 9 years now). I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place!
I am not one to write reviews - but I had the worst experience at this clinic & with this veterinarian. She was condescending and very rude. She insisted that I hold my dog as tightly as possible while she gave him shots. First of all, that is what nurses are for. I did not feel comfortable putting a choke hold on my dog and it was very traumatic for me. When he kept moving, she basically kicked me out of the room and said that I was "mothering" him too much. The final straw (in the same visit) was when she would not listen to my concerns with my dog. She blamed it on "behavioural issues". I immediately left to the Sault Animal Hospital (who in fact took my concerns seriously - and had ended up being valid and treatable). When I had tried to transfer my dogs records over, the front desk made it imposssssible. I will continue to tell all my pet loving friends & clients about my awful experience.
