The staff is very helpful. They have a nice lounge to sit and wait while you get your oil changed with refreshments.
Easy to deal with
Rodenroth motors sold me a 2004 dodge ram 1500 regular cab, used. They where supposed to fix a rust spot on the rear panel. However they simply painted over the rust and the issue came back a month later. I have put under 1000 miles on the truck and have had to replace almost every component except for the engine. Resulting in thousands of dollars in repairs. Once I told them that I was having issues and that what they where supposed to fix wasn't fixed they, in short, told me off and that it was now my problem and they refused to help or take the truck back and refund my money. Welcome to Rodenroth!
No deals here they will not even come down $100 off list, Go to another dealer and to think I bought a $43,000 truck from them a few years ago never again!
Called a week ago and left a message to the service dept for some warranty work and haven't heard a word back ! Now that's some serious service !!!
