Terrible. Went looking for camping trailers. Page loads, big photo of travel trailers WITH NO LINKS or categories, only to regular trailers etc.. This is the classic experience which sends prospective customers elsewhere, which it has in my case, by finding and now finalizing, a sale for a travel trailer at a competitor whose site actually works. Need to get your webmaster to buck up their ideas!

Travelling from Winnipeg to Ottawa with our 3/4 ton and 9900 gvw dump trailer we had a trailer tire blow around Wawa and limped into Sault Ste Marie at 10PM Saturday night of a long weekend. Our trip in peril if we need to wait till Tuesday or take a chance we might find a rim once big box stores open at noon, and still lose valuable time.

Had to give the page a one star rating as it would not allow me to rate it as a ZERO or a minus, which is what it DESERVES.
Needed two trailer tires for a road trip we were on cross country cuz ours were older and we had a feeling we should change them. Pulled in and was greeted with friendly customer service and the product we needed. He even helped change both tires with ease and for no charge so we wouldn't have to do it in the parking lot at our hotel later. Thank you!!

I left voice messages, e mails, and facebook posts with Woodys and others. They replied to me at 11 pm on a Saturday and arranged a special 55 mike trip in on Sunday at 9 am just to get me on my way.
