This is the 3rd time for mess ups.
Very nice and customer friendly staff. My friend forgot her purse outside on the patio . They brought it in and kept it till the time we got there to pick it up . They waited there even after their closing time for us to pick up . Very good experience
Money wasted...not going back
I found two long hairs when I cut into the ice cream cake. I just had a birthday pizza instead.
When i get my meal 5 min later....fries stone cold...burger burned black and extra saucy to cover it...the sundae was chocolate syrup...finally the pop was dr. Pepper.
I waited in drive thru 15 mins ...she took my money gave me the pop...came back to ask me to pull up my order was not on the screen.
Only 3 staff working. Long wait, very small servings. Trunk Rd DQ has better portions and service.

Terrible. Stopped in on our way through town. Cashier's first day on the job and she was left alone on the till with no training (she was lovely however). Bathrooms and booths are dirty. Food takes too long to come up (about 15 min.) No manager on site. Overall this location is a hole. Won't be coming back.
