They would not honour one of their coupons own coupons because they didn't have the button on their screen. Multiple attempts to contact management through national customer service line went ignored. Long time customer that will no longer be eating here.
I was refused tap water, I was told by management I had to buy bottled water. Haven't had that problem elsewhere, won't be going back again. Burger was fine.
