I stayed at this hotel about a week ago. Lupe checked me in and she was fantastic. I was very tired and stressed as I was supposed to have a reservation at the Hampton inn and found out it accidentally got booked for the wrong day. I told her I frequent the area often and have never stayed at this hotel. She made sure to make me feel very welcome. She had excellent customer service and showed me how great this hotel is. The room was nice and cozy and I felt right at home. I will be sure to stay her in the future due the great service provided here.
So I can't recommend staying here based on the spotty performance of the staff in making decisions.
Stayed this summer, with my family, who were up to visit. The pool was clean, and quiet for our family to catch up. Restaurants were close, ate at Studebakers for breakfast (close) all were so pleased came back for dinner. Rooms were clean and check in was fast which was nice for my parents after a long drive. highly recommended.
Very Well maintained - clean and comfortable rooms - staff is super friendly. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Would definitely be back!
Very disappointed about being put in a room where the toilet malfunctioned, overflowed and soaked the carpet. We came in and dropped off our bags quickly and didn't notice it until we returned late that evening. Then we were told that there was nothing that could be done. We got a handful of towels to correct the wet carpet. Note that I said we were given the towels to do the clean up, how thoughtful of the staff.
The room was nice and clean, king size bed and a microwave. Room was nice and warm on the cold December day. In the morning, breakfast was already mad and was delicious. There was a variety of pastries, cereal, juices and coffee. I was able to enjoy an apple cinnamon waffle as well as cheese eggs and sausage.
The common areas of the hotel were clean and well appointed and we enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee area.
On our second night a different manager/clerk moved us to a different room only upon our request
