Staff was very friendly and helpful, close to the mall and River front. Room was clean and comfortable.
It's an economy level hotel. Nothing fancy. Rooms and elevators are old. Semi rustic appearance with carpets all over the place. Friendly front desk. You get Free breakfast coupons to buffet in the restaurant downstairs. Decent and clean. 2 stars for my level of comfort and luxury, 4 star for service.
Great location, excellent food, large clean rooms and friendly staff. Special shout out to Paula at the front desk. She went out of her way to look after me with an early check in.

Great location, right across from station mall that has most of the stores you'd find in any decent mall. It's also close to the train station so if you're planning on making the trip it's an ideal place to stay. Excellent customer service. Stayed there two years in a row now and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.
I've always liked the quality Inn, with close proximity to the mall, it's the perfect place to stay when going to the movies, or Christmas shopping. I opted for a bigger room this time, which they were able to get ready for us early even on a busy weekend. They made sure a crib was available for us, and it was there when we checked in. Great stay, awesome service as usual.
