Plastic spoons and forks, paper plates, cheapens the feel of morning breakfast....waffle mix pre poured into cups, covered in plastic wrap...would be nice to have hazelnut cream like the other Fairfield locations.
When we arrived we were offered Room 102 and was upset when we entered the room as we were greeted with the smell of B.O. coming from the Air Conditioner. The room was also right next to the ice machine which was very noisey...when my fiance mentioned this to the attendant we were immediately upgraded to a suite and got an excellent room that met our expectations.
Comfortable beds & pillows. Very clean room and bathroom. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hair dryer in room. Could not hear any noise from adjacent rooms or hallway. Free breakfast was decent (eggs, waffles, toast, cereal, fruit). Would definitely stay here again.
Staff very friendly...and accommodating, however trying to cut through my waffles on a paper plate with the fork and knife bending, appears juvenile...real plate and cutlery would add to the experience.
The Front Desk Clerk was very accommodating to our needs and we are pleased with the easy switch to a better room. Great Service Thank you
The hotel is in a more industrial part of town. The hotel itself is very nice, and the room was clean. The parking lot has space for plenty of cars. The continental breakfast offered was pretty good. The front desk staff were very friendly. I'd stay here again.
Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The hotel was quite even with hockey teams staying, the food was great and staff were amazing!
