Changing the room layout we have rented for years. No more bunkbeds. Maybe I have to look elsewhere. Otherwise we have stayed at this property 7 out of the last 10 years and i believe 5 in a row. Easy to get to, easy to find.
The stay was acceptable. We stayed at an awkward time as the hotel was remodeling the rooms. The bathroom was upgraded and nice. The rest of the room hadn't been renovated yet. The room had a musty smell but was cleared out by opening the window. Some humorous items were left behind such as an empty bottle of vodka under a night stand and extra pieces of the renovated bathroom counter tucked in a corner. The TV and internet were above average. The breakfast was decent and included coffee, juice, yogurt, bagels, pastries, cereal, and all the condiments.
The first thing we saw in the room was a roach. The a.c. reeked of mold. The hot tub was cold. The beds were as soft as concrete slabs. Breakfast was good though.
Very nice and roomy guest rooms. Most of the staff was very friendly. Minis one of the female employees ..my family and I stayed here for an entire week. I can personally say several of the employees went above and beyond their job for me and my family. The only downfall was an extremely loud and annoying heating system in the rooms. Also, a MAJOR disappointment was the fact there was NO FITNESS ROOM. I TRULY believe the Facebook site for this Hotel needs to be updated severely.
Total dump! Rude front desk employee, dirty nasty pool area, dirty bathrooms. Just a world class DUMP!
