I was at this hotel for a wedding being held on site and I also stayed the night in the hotel. The wedding venue was nice: big, open, high ceilings, well cared for, and it had a cute outdoor area with a statue. The room we stayed at on the premises was clean, and it had a comfortable couch to relax on as well as a desk with a chair. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and dark at night despite bright lights out the window. I must also add that the staff was very nice and we were welcomed at the friend desk with a big smile. there was a pool area which looked really nice but we didn't have the time to go in
I didn't get to take advantage of their facilities, but there is a pool and mini gym if that's something you are looking for. There is of course, wifi available.
When you walk into the room you will find some chocolate on your night stand.
We had a great time when visted the bar at the water tower. They had a great live band playing. The servers were very good even for how busy it was. If I had one complaint it was with the nachos we ordered. It was missing iteams and had a serious lack of cheese. I hope the other menu items were better. Other then that it's great. Good selection of beer too!
Amazing hotel! We switched from one that we were disappointed in, should of just came here first. The pools are amazing, the outdoor hot tub was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly. The food was great ( a kids menu would of been nice). We had a medical emergency and the property manager was right there helping us in whatever we needed. We plan to come back.again in the near future.
My boyfriend and I decided to have a little getaway weekend at the water tower inn. We decided to take a bath and found the jets didn’t work, bummed, we went to bed and since there was nothing on tv we decided to watch a movie. The remote didn’t work. My boyfriend called the front desk to ask about how to fix it and instead they upgraded our room, made sure everything was working and gave us breakfast vouchers. The man who helped us is named Mike, he was more than happy to help us out- way more than we ever would have asked. We definitely will be staying here again. Great experience, great customer service!

The only thing I was not so impressed is the size of the washroom not being big enough.
At the entrance I was greeted by a worker holding the door for us and handing out candies. Which is a very warm welcome.
Down at the lobby you will also find a restaurant that you can enjoy. But I was surprised that they did not have complimentary breakfast available.
